Unauthorized error when RH10 publishing HTML5 to SharePoint 2013

Hello All,

I have successfully published a project to my SharePoint sandbox, but am getting an error when I try to publish it to the site where it should ultimately reside. I have "full control" permissions in both sites and both sites reside within our corporate instance of SharePoint 2013.

In Multiscreen HTML 5 Settings< Publish Location, I  get Test Successful whenever I click Test Connection. There are no spaces or odd characters in the destination folder.
