Unexpected error

I have upgraded my RoboHelp version X3 to version X5.0.1 and are now not able to generate a WinHelp 4 output. When compiling the following error occurs: The Winhelp Wizard encountered an unexpected error when attempting to generate WinHelp". Only option is to press Ok and then the compiling stops. The diagnostic reports shows now errors and I did not have any problems in my former version. Any suggestions ?

If this has started since installing X5 I would suspect two things.

First have you been to the Help menu and applied the updates?

More likely though I think is the actual installation. Was RH installed by an IT person using their logon? If it was, that is incorrect and will not work. It must be installed using your logon with admin rights attached at the time of installation. There's a full topic on my site.
