Unknown error when generating a CHM file

I'm using the pre-built About RoboHelp project to test .chm output for a new project, and I'm wondering what I'm missing.

The following image is the output log using the standard Microsoft HTML Help output preset.

This happens regardless of the project, as I've tried doing the same with my personal project and get the same error. It seems like it stops at the packaging stage, and I feel like I may just be missing some Windows component.

Correct answer Amebr

You could try running MJ's diagnostics to see if all the dlls are registered correctly:

For anyone else installing 2020 onto a machine that has not previously had Classic on it. this will be fixed in Update 1.

If you're using RH2020 and it's fresh install (no copy of RH previously), it might be worth raising a bug item.
