Update 11 Release Notes?

Where can I find the Update 11 Release Notes? I have looked in all the usual places but no luck.

I read the summary on the start-up page but it was very brief.

That page is a constant and covers all the 2019 updates so it's a useful bookmark. It's also on the screen that comes up when you start the process.

Use the menu (bottom right) to mark the Best Answer or Highlight particularly useful replies. Found the answer elsewhere? Share it here.
