Update robohelp9 to robohelp 2015

Hi, I would like to kwon if I can upgrade my robohelp 9 robohelp 2015 or I have to buy a full license ?!

Only the previous two versions qualify for upgrades under Adobe policy, and then at tiered prices. For your version you will need a new licence. Look at the subscription pricing as that keeps you up to date.
