I am trying to Update RH 2022 Update 1 manually. The update process starts fine, but then I get the following error message. I tried to update to RH 2022.2 and 2022.3 both, but had the same result each time.

Exit Code: 146

I think this part of the message is the key, but I don't know enough about Macs to be sure.

"Try setting correct permissions to the specified file/folder or parent folder, so that admin has rights to modify it."

So it sounds like the second folder location in that "WARN" message doesn't have write permission, so the MoveFileCommand fails as that requires write access.

You made sure you grabbed the .dmg Mac version installer, right?

The main supporters here are Windows users. I suggest for this one you need to go to Adobe Support. See https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your Adobe Support options. The email link tcssup@adobe.com is recommended as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including RoboHelp.

Make sure you're running the update as an admin on your machine.

I am using the RH macOS version on Ventura 13.6. I don't know how to update as an admin on the Mac, but I don't think that is the problem anyway. The error message tells me that the file cannot be moved and I have to rename it (error code 146).

What do you mean by "manually"?

I manually downloaded and tried to install the update. The installer ran up to 80% and then showed the error message.
