Upgrade to RoboHelp 2022: Publish to Word 365 errors

I just installed the new RH 2022.  Then upgraded my project then outputted to Word.

When I open the docx in Word, I get the following: "Word experienced an error trying to open the file.  Try these suggestions..."

Any idea what's causing this and, more importantly, how to fix it.

Thanks!

OK so it's not a Word output issue as such, just in your project.

Try creating a new Word template and use it as is just to see if it then works. If the problem is your content, then it should still fail. In other words, it will confirm your suspicion that it is the template in your project.

It's definately the template!  I created a new template and attached it to my original output preset and it worked.

I also created a new Word output preset and attached my original template to it and it failed.

So try Word in the About RoboHelp sample project.

I converted the 2020 About Adobe sample project and it worked.

If you test create some other output (frameless perhaps?) does it look fine? Another test you can try is outputting the sample project to Word and see if you get the same issue or not.

PDF and Responsive HTML5 both seem perfect.  The problem is just with Word.

I'm going to guess that it has something to do with the conversion from Master Pages to Topic Layouts
