Upgrade to Version 2019.0.14 problems

I just updated my RH 2019 to latest .14 version from .11 and then simply changed one page on my current project, recompiled and regenerated output and my entire set of pages did not show on right side. The topics show on left but when i click the topic the page on right gets 404 - not found.

Using Responsive HTML5 output

HELP - is there something that needed to be done to update a 2019.0.11 version to .14. I am using the new version - not classic

I hope support can help. If not then the project would only be shared with me and would be deleted immediately after the problem is resolved. Team Viewer depends on your time zone but I would still be looking at your project.

Hi Peter

Sorry I cannot do that since it has some sensitive data that i prefer not to distribute. Best to slack or teamview so u can see the setup config settings

Do you know how i can contact Adobe Tech Support person?

Can you share the rogue project? If you can, then see the Contact page on my site and send the project as instructed there. Do make sure you include a link to this thread and please do not email the project direct. I'll take a look over the weekend.

Hi Peter

No  i dont have any condition tags on topics. Really strange - i have a second project using same design that updated to .14 perfect. What happens here is that the generate is not creating the TOC folders and pages for 95% of the pages.  I collaborate with a coworker and she has not updated to .14 (on .12 i think) and all still good for her. '

I have spent more hours on this than it deserves and i am getting frustrated with RH 2019. I have been using it for over 10 years and have to say this is making me want to leave it behind.  Does Adobe have some online tech support that could help or do you offer some tech support using slack or team viewer so u can see what could be wrong?

No difference Peter.  I generate from d:\robohelp\project_name and now generate to d:\robohelp_output\project_name and no difference. I did take another project that i did not do any changes to and recompiled that with Version ...14 update and it generated perfectly to old locationa and to the new d:\Robohelp_output folder. I even edited a couple of the main pages that are not linking correctly (just CRs) and they did not show

That is a different partition but the same drive.

What I would suggest is generating to a different folder to see what happens.
