Upgrade to Word 2007 after installing RH 8
...or will RH 8 have to be uninstalled and reinstalled after
upgrading to Word 2007, as with all other versions?

I cannot check RH8 either but I was told that from RH7
onwards, you can upgrade Word without the uninstall/reinstall RH
routine.
The change of version only applies to RH for Word where you have multiple versions of Word installed. In RH HTML it picks up the only version or the last version used if you have more than one.
