Upgrading to Robohelp 2020

Hi,

I am using Robohelp 2019 version 14.0.1.015. Could you please let me know how to upgrade it to the latest version? Also, please let me know the latest version details.

The last time I tried downloading the latest updates, I struggled to install AdobeRobohelp 2019 again. every time on running the setup,  I was getting a message stating that "your browser or OS is no longer supported and that I need to install the latest updates".
