Urgent Q - Can't drop files into folders

Hello all. I have an urgent problem that has me stopped in my tracks. Suddenly I can't drag a file in RoboHelp (we use Flash Help layout) from one folder to another. We don't use source control or anything "exotic". The only odd thing I have done recently is to generate a printed doc layout for a job aid for some of our customers from the content we have elsewhere.

Does anyone have any ideas?

    Welcome to the forum.

    Has the PC been rebooted since this started?

    Is it the same if you create a new project with a few folders and files or if you open one of the supplied projects?
