User feedback and Ratings

Hi,

I might be asking an out-of-context query but this is a current requirement in my organization and I am stuck. I am using a Frameless output content and I've hosted the files within the Application. When the user clicks on the Help icon within the Application, the user is redirected to the Web Help. Now, we are looking to implement a mechanism in which User can provide ratings and feedback. Is it possible to do that or any other workaround? How to receive User Feedback. E.g. 

  • Not Sufficient
  • Irrevalant Information
  • Inaccurate Information
  • More infographics/examples
  • Other (Add Comments)
  • Click the Submit Feedback Button
  • Multiple Choice Options

    Not what you really want but built in is the option for users to create an email.

    It's not built-in into RH, but you can add external rating/feedback mechanisms to the Master pages to have them propagated through all topic pages. There have been a few posts about it in the forums.
