User feedback form using outlook

I am using Robohelp Classic 2019 and want to include a link to a PDF form where users can share feedback and then submit it through their Outlook email. What is the best way to do that?

Include the PDF form in your project as a Baggage file, make a link to it in the project.
Any reason why you don't just use a mailto: email link?

Is email link a HTML5 item? I am not versed in HTML 5
