Using snippets in a list or existing text block

Is this possible in RH 2015? Don't seem to be able to get it to work without the snippet being shown below my list or paragraph

e.g.

1. step step step

2. step step step

snippet snippet

3. step step step

OR

this is my fancy new introduction but I can't put a snippet in the middle of these words.

snippet snippet snippet

What I want is the snippet to be part of step 2 or drop within the sentence I have. I've seen old topics from years ago say this isn't possible...hope that's still not the case.

Thanks,

Nick

Snippets are blocks and cannot be set inline in a paragraph. (Though you can add it to a list item or a table cell.)

In your case, you're probably looking to use User Defined Variable. They are for shorter content and you can add them in a running sentence.
