Version Control Not Working Robohelp19

We are trying to use SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint 2013 Classic to check in documents and are getting the attached errors. We cannot figure out what the error means in order to troubleshoot.

Hi,

Did you try to add the project again?

Also after application error, what is happening on checking-in?

We support SharePoint online for now. SharePoint 2013 support is not there as of now.
