View With Screen Profile Lock Up / Freeze

When I right click on the Multiscreen_HTML5 and choose to View With Screen Profile and then select any profile (doesn't matter which one), RoboHelp stops responding. I have to End Task in the task manager to close it down. Any ideas on what may be causing this?

Hi everyone. I'd like to thank you for your help and I did try everyone's suggestions but couldn't fix it. I recently did a clean Windows 8 install and it works now. So I know it wasn't the project itself at least. It had to be something corrupt in the install, I guess. What it was I'll never know. Uninstall and reinstall didn't work so it had to be something left over after the removal of the software. On a clean Windows install it worked.

Does it matter which project you try? Does it also happen with the supplied example projects?

It does it on any project. I've tried existing ones, new ones and even the samples.

If it is happening with the samples, I would suspect an installation issue and reinstall the Rh.
