WCAG 2.1 accessibility and video captions?

Does the RoboHelp video player have an option to display captions (like from a vtt file)? I don't see it, but surely I must be missing something as then the built-in RH player would not be accessible?

I don't think there's any RH video player - it's just putting the video file in the HTML5 holder for video (if you check the resulting HTML5 in your output).

Looks like you can use the <track> selement to use a .vtt captions file in the video.

I suggest for this one you need to go to Adobe Support. See https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your Adobe Support options. The email link tcssup@adobe.com is recommended as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including RoboHelp.
