We are unable to reach Adobe Server. Please check your internet connectivity and firewall setting.

I asked my team members to update the Robohelp 2019 Classic version to the latest patch 14.0.14. However, it keeps giving the error "We are unable to reach Adobe Server. Please check your internet connectivity and firewall setting. Error Code 113. This is so bugging. We stopped the firewall and it did not help. The problem with the tool itself was enough to bug you and now this error while updating. The existing articles do not seem to be clear enough to understand and take necessary steps.

    Try downloading direct rather than via the Help menu.
