Web Server and Load Balancing Issue

Good afternoon,

We are using RoboHelp Version 2022.0.346 for the first time on a couple projects. We had been using RoboHelp 2017 with no issues but are running in to a load balancing issue with a newly generated presets done with RH2022. Is there some kind of setting I may be missing? I understand this question is kind of vague but the only thing that's changed from past successful updates is the version of RoboHelp. We have a team that is investigating the web server side, but making sure there is nothing I can do as an editor.

Thanks in advance and please let me know if there is any further information I can provide.

I double-checked the page and the links are easy to miss in the Alert box https://helpx.adobe.com/robohelp/using/whats-new-robohelp-2022-release-update-2.html

I don't think there are any settings that would change how the servers handle load balancing - while I'm vague on exactly what it is and what it involves I think it would be related to how the servers are configured.

You could try updating to the latest patch version. Maybe there are some efficiency updates in the output code, for example. I think we're up to patch 2 for RH2022 at the moment. If you don't see anything when you use Help > Check for updates, check the What's New page in the help for a link to download the latest patch.

You could also try clearing the caches on the all the servers - assuming you published to the same location as the old help there could be cached pages across the server infrastructure causing weirdness.
