Outputs work fine on my Surface Pro with Windows 10 and main browsers.

Does it fail to start opening or fail to complete?

You are generating webhelp and not webhelp pro?

Try one of the sample projects.

What browser are you attempting to use on the Surface Pro? That's probably more of the issue than the machine.

Perhaps upgrade to RoboHelp 2017 Release?
