Webhelp (CSH) generated in RoboHelp in non-flash mode is not working in Mozilla Firefox

Please help to resolve the issue.

Unable to view web-help generated output (in non-flash mode) in Mozilla Firefox.

Hi,

My Firefox version is 41.0.1.

Also, i have updated the robohelp version to 2015.

Hi,

We are using Adobe Comm Suite and RH version 10.

The issue is only for non-flash mode in firefox.

Did you check out the link that Rick gave you & applied the patches? You’ll have to regenerate your help to see their effect.

Hi my Flash version is 45. and the issue is that the help is not opening while i am clicking on help icon for each Webhelp CSH generated.

What version of RH? There have been many browser security issues that RH has had to patch for recently. See Willam’s site for a round up of all the patches (wvanweelden.eu)
