WebHelp Generating

I've noticed that when generating a project before a Webhelp publish in RH5, it generates ALL topics in the project, even if I am only updating one topic. Because a few of my projects are significantly large, this process takes awhile. Will any of the more recent versions of RH eliminate generating all topics, and just generate ones I'm changing?

All versions including the latest generate all topics, subject to build expession.

All versions can be set to only publish changed files.
