Webhelp in Korean

We are publishing webhelp in Korean, and though it generates fine on the translators computer, when we go to view it on the server, it's all blocks and quote marks. We have previously published in Japanese and Chinese with no problems, and no need to install special language packs, so we figured Korean would work as well, but no dice. Is there something special we have to do in, say, RoboEngine, to make this work? (We have RH version 5.)

There also appear to be problems with the forums peformance which may be the issue.

Thanks for the reply. I tried clicking that link, but it doesn't work. The message comes back "The page you requested could not be found on our web site."

I did run a search on the forums for Korean, but didn't find anything I could use.

Try this link. You posted an identical post in the WebHelp forum so I am just linking to your other post. Please do not post in more than one place. Most of us who monitor the forums monitor them all so we will see it. Also if one post is left unanswered it makes life difficult for users when they are searching for an answer.
