Question

WebHelp output not opening in Chrome

I have Robohelp 10 installed and my WebHelp output files do not open in Chrome 33.0. I have downloaded the whproxy.js file and replaced it in my output folder. This solves my problem. But this is a temporary solution and each time I have to replace the whproxy.js file.

Can Adobe provide a permanent solution to this problem as I have to generate a lot of output files.

    HI,

Where did you download the new whproxy file? Did you get it from:

    http://helpx.adobe.com/robohelp/kb/webhelp-issues-robohelp-versions-10.html

That page includes instructions for overwriting your seed files, meaning

that you patch your RH installation. No need to update the whproxy.js

    after every generation.

    Kind regards,

    Willam

You would have to ask Adobe that question, this is essentially a user to user forum.

Give us the link to where you downloaded the whproxy.js file and maybe we can see if that has been fixed some other way.
