What are the different ways you can search within the Responsive HTML5 output?

I see that the AND and OR boolean operation works well. When should you select Display results with all search words? What other features can you use to search topics?

The "all search words" options only finds topics that include all the search terms provided. With the option disabled, RoboHelp can still return topics that only have one of the provided search terms in them.
