Question

What could block the installation of RoboHelp 2022 on an Intune device (W11)?

Hi there,

I am unable to install RoboHelp 2022 on a Windows 11 laptop that is enrolled and managed via Intune.

When I start the installation, the Adobe sign-in process opens correctly. However, after successful authentication, the redirect back to the RoboHelp installer fails, and the setup process does not continue.

Could you please advise what might be causing this issue and how it can be resolved? My local IT administrator could not help me either.

Thank you in advance.

Best wishes,

Ruth

Are you running the installer as an admin? Have you tried suspending Intune, running the installer as an admin & then turning it back on?

    Hi Jeff,

Yes, I am running the installer as an admin. Talked to my IT and unfortunatley it is not possible to suspend Intune.

    Robohelp support suggested the following:

Since the Adobe authentication completes successfully but the installer does not continue after the browser redirects back. As a workaround and troubleshooting step, please try installing RoboHelp 2022 using the standalone installer available from our official download page: https://helpx.adobe.com/robohelp/kb/robohelp-downloads.html
Please click on the September 2022 release Windows package, extract the downloaded ZIP file completely to a local folder, and then run the Setup.exe file with the required administrator privileges.

However, this did not work either as installation did not start and we were redirected to the Adobe website.
