What do these icons mean?

All of my topics have this icon all of the sudden. What does it mean?

Does this happen in the About RoboHelp sample project?

You haven't said which version of RoboHelp you are using. Please always start a thread with this information.

Please go to Help > About and include the full version number.

It's not something I have seen. Have you tried simply closing the project and reopening it?

Is there any source control involved?

The version is 2022.5.8. I have tried opening and closing. There is no source control at this point. The odd thing is that I have tried moving the topics to a new folder and this is what I see temporarily. Just normal topic icons, but then will revert to the odd icon.
