Question

What functions in RH 2020 edits the topic.min.css file?

Good morning all - I have been having an issue with getting an image to show up in generated content.

The image is in the first column of a table, so I have been experimenting with column width options mostly.

Using Inspect, I think I have narrowed the issue down to a table{max-width:100% string in the template/styles/topic.min.css file of the project. Manually editing the .CSS file so "100%" is now "auto" allowed the image to appear.

My question now is how do I use RoboHelp 2020 to make this change a permanent one? (otherwise my change will be overwritten with a new output generation).

My experience with RoboHelp has been mainly in content editing rather than style editing. Let me know if I am not providing all the needed details.

And thank you!

I think the issue was in an earlier update but try it first anyway.

If it fails try two things.

    1. The same thing in a sample project.
    2. The same thing in a new project.

Let us know how you get on.

I really would recommend why you are having the problem rather than fixing it the way you suggest.

There was a problem with images not appearing in tables so what update are you on? It should be 2020.7.
