Where is the URLs?

In RH10, under the project manager, there was the URLs folder. It was possible to drag an URL from there to a topic. In RH2020.6.76, I don't find that URLs folder. Where is it?

    It isn't anywhere.

     

    There is a report that shows external references but that they cannot be dragged. You can still drag a topic to create a link and there are now cross references where the link text updates if the text of the target changes.

    Thanks. Found it. This list is something. I can see in which topics the links are used.

    Dragging a link to a topic or having the existing links available for selection in the hyperlink window (CTRL+K) is what I need. This is an RH10 feature that I miss. I will post a 're-feature request'.
