Why does a big animated 4-square image (as shown in the attached image) appear in a responsive HTML output? Is this because I am using a trial version?

Hi!

Does anyone know why a big animated 4-square image (as shown in the image below) appears in a responsive HTML output? Is this because I am using a trial version?

The image below shows the result after I imported a Word file into a trial version of RoboHelp 2015 and then outputted it to a responsive HTML file.

Your help would be highly appreciated.

David

Dear Vivek,

Thanks for your quick reply. Yet, this image never goes away and it shows on every page.

David,

What web browser are you using?

Does this happen in other browsers too?
