Why does RH9 overwrite files that should be skipped during import?

I noticed that, when importing a .htm file from a RoboHelp 9 project into another RoboHelp 9 project, RH still overwrites referenced files (e.g. style sheet that is already present in the target project) although I unchecked the check box in front of the style sheet when indicating which files I want to import. The window that is shown after the import states “Successfully copied the file …” also for the files that were unchecked.

I assume this is a bug?
