Why does Robohelp need to be restarted constantly?

Recently in my project Robohelp begins error-ing out and needing to be restarted every time I insert a hyperlink to another topic in the project.

Every. Single. Time.

Is this app just bad? I feel as though something is wrong if I am restarting it every five minutes.

And to add to Jeff's questions. Where is your project located? On your C drive, network or external drive or in cloud storage such as OneDrive?

What version of RH are you using? Is it completely up to date? Does it mis-behave in just one project or in the sample project too?
