Why does the images disappear on the printed output?

Hi,

I am using RH 10 for the past few months.

I had imported few html files (with images) into RH and they seem to appear fine on preview (view selected item)

But while publishing into pdf, I find the images are missing the printed output. But the content remains the same.

Why is this so?

Please help me.

Is your question related to printed documentation from RoboHelp HTML or are you using RoboHelp for Word, a separate application?

This forum is for that specific application.

First let's establish this is project specific. Please generate a printed output from the sample projects and confirm that works OK.
