Why does the Windows Installer request RoboHelp Office.msi

Why does the Windows Installer request RoboHelp Office.msi whenever I try to open a Windows program. The program will open eventually after I have cancelled it several times.

I got a new computer and my old hard drive was copied over to the new one. Robohelp would not work so I got a License Recovery app from Adobe. Now Robohelp runs fine but I have problems with running everything else.

Hi there

I haven't seen this reported in a long while. But if memory serves, this is an issue with another application that failed to properly install. The fact it's asking for RoboHelp MSI is a red herring.

See if the link below helps.
