Why font size is different in my CHM file?

I am facing exact issue with RoboHelp 2020 version. Please help to resolve this at the earliest as it is affecting my project deliverables. 

 

Moderator - Post branched to a new thread as this version is very different to the version for the rest of the thread. The issue is the output font is incorrect.

    Check your settings against this topic. RH2020 Microsoft HTML Output - CHMs (grainge.org)

     

    I don't think it is a version issue but do you have Update 8 applied. You should see in Help > About 2020.8. You are also entitled to update to 2022 as part of your subscription.

     

    Post back if still not working.
