Why is my HTML 5 output not connecting to my topics?

Hi there,

I am working on some files that previously published ok, now when I try to generate the HTML5 output it is not opening to my default topic and when I click on the topics they won't open:

My output settings are set as they usually would be to generate and open at my default topic (but it is not working):

I suspect a missing update. Please check that you have applied all the updates for your version.
