Why isn't RoboHelp sold to individuals?

RoboHelp subscription should be available for any user, not just for VIP companies and not just through local vendors. It should be on the international website, available for all at an affordable monthly price per person.  The old system of selling this product via vendors is a thing of the past and should be terminated.

    Hi John,

unfortunately, buying a RoboHelp subscription is not possible on adobe.com for all countries yet, including Israel. We are working on that and more countries will be added one by one.

For now, in Israel buying subscription is only possible with the local resellers.

    Kind regards,

Did you try the Support link? That should have resolved it for you.

Unless Stefan can suggest anything better, try

https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your support contact options. There's a chat option there.

Thank you all for you help, but I simply give up. All I wanted is to buy a subscription online, but it seems that Adobe makes some of its products, like RoboHelp, unattainable in a simple manner.

Did you log in to the adobe.com page?

If I am logged in I see this.

Buy Now takes me to a payment page.

Yes, I'm logged in, and then when I want to buy as an individual, this is what I get:

I did, and then, when I want to buy the software just before the trial ends, it leads me to an Adobe.com page where RoboHelp is not even listed.  Then I have to go to through the "local vendor" again (as I described above).

It is available to anyone but only by subscription. What makes you think only corporations can subscribe? Individuals can subscribe.

Okay, so why isn't it available here?

    https://www.adobe.com/il_en/creativecloud/plans.html

I also went to the RoboHelp product page and there it's only available via local vendors. Why local vendors? Why not just grab a subscription online and that's it?...

    Hi John,

RoboHelp is not part of Creative Cloud, but the Technical Communication Suite. And yes, it is also available for individuals, not just companies under the Value Incentive Plan (VIP) or Enterprise Term License Agreement (ETLA).

From the URL you pasted, I guess you are located in Israel?

Here is the RoboHelp page for Israel: https://www.adobe.com/il_en/products/robohelp.html
