Question

Why isn't RoboHelp V9 recognizing Word 2013 as a supported version?

I recently had to reinstall RoboHelp V9 on my PC (got a new hard drive) and my laptop. When I went to create a print document from one of my help files, I got the message shown here.

I have Word 2013 so I'm a little confused. This obviously has something to do with the fact that I had to reinstall RH, because I was able to create print documents with no problem before this.

Can someone help me remedy this situation?

Thanks Very Much,

Dave

Because 2013 is not a supported version. The first version of Rh to work with 2013 is Rh11. You must have had an earlier version before the rebuild.
