Why won't some topics publish to Zendesk

We just started publishing our RH projects to Zendesk and most everything is working just fine, However, there have been a few topics that won’t publish and if I ask to just publish one of those topics, it fails. I get a pop up in the corner stating “File upload failed.View publishing log for details”  However, the publishing log is basically empty

    Contacted support. Their advice was to recreate the topic piece by piece; text, then formatting, then images, etc with attempts to publish between each iteration, When I put it all back together, it didn’t fail, I sent the before and after topics to support asking for help because I wasn’t seeing the difference. Turns out on a couple of lines there was a space before the < of the closing tag. Got rid of the space and the topic published.

    According to this - https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/robohelp/using/publish-zendesk.html - there’s some TOC work required for Zendesk publishing. If this doesn’t give you some hints, I think you’d be better off contacting the RH folks at tcssup@adobe.com

    Ok, so what happens if you republish the entire project again to Zendesk? Do you get the new topics appearing without any issues?

    We use a more elaborate folder structure for our projects to match the menu structure of the application. So, I don’t publish the whole project at once, just folders.  When I ask for the folder with the problem topic, the rest of the topics publish just not the problem one.

    Do they generate just fine if you point it at a local drive location? Just trying to narrow down if it’s the generation of the specific topics or the publishing to Zendesk mechanism.

    I created a separate folder for each of the projects and the topics that won’t publish appear in that folder where they should
