Question

Will RoboHelp limit user access to specific knowledge articles based on permissions and/or vendor assignment?

I have a possible new customer with the above question. I have not been able to find an answer in any of the documentation.

    Hmmm, perhaps when used in conjunction with RoboHelp Server. I'll have to let John Daigle or another RoboHelp Server person fill you in on that.

    Otherwise, it's completely a server thing. Heck, even with RoboHelp Server it's something you would have to configure on the server. But you could likely do it using the RoboHelp UI as it has a way to view part of the server setup.
