Window caption incorrect when language is French

With the project settings set to English, my .chm file compiles just fine and the window caption is correct. When I change the language to French, the window caption is "HTML Help" even though the window caption field contains something else.

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can fix this so that the window caption is correct when French is the language specified?
