Word TOC

I am having troubles with generating the TOC from Word. It is adding a bunch of periods and also cutting off the last word or two in every single topic, of which there are hundreds. Anyone know why this is happening?

Does your question have anything to do with Adobe's RoboHelp product or is this purely a Microsoft Word problem? If the latter you are posting in the wrong place, you need a Word forum.
