I can’t access my spark pages in adobe express

I have created lots of holiday journals in spark page and it looked like they came across into adobe express but I can't open any of them.

it just says it couldn't convert the file and something went wrong.

please tell me I haven't lost it all. 
Is there an email address for adobe support? Feels like they don't want you to contact them
