Replace an existing sync device and replace with one

My Samsung Galaxy was registered as one of the devices that I downloaded LR Mobile the Samsung listed as one of the allowed devices stopped working.  Is there an option the remove the old cellphone designated as the secondary device and the add my new cell phone as the allowed second device?
