Adobe Premiere Pro Team Project TGA sequence export

Hello everyone,

I think I have discovered an export bug in the latest Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Media Encoder 13.1.5 versions.

Test scenarios:

1. Create a Team Project

2. Import TGA (with alpha) sequence into bin

3. Create any sequence you want and add the TGA sequence (can be also create new sequence from clip)

4. Export any format you want using Adobe Media Encoder (Queue)

5. Your export will be the first frame of your footage, on its whole duration

2. Import TGA (with alpha) sequence into bin

3. Create any sequence you want

4. Export any format you want with Adobe Media Encoder (Queue)

Exporting with "direct export" works in both scenarios.
