Hey everyone,I'm facing a recurring crash issue when launching After Effects. I get the following error popup:After Effects error: Crash in progress<EACL.CloudProjectsLogin> Finished sending new access token to LocalHubFollowed by a payload with authorized: true, connected: true, but also:forbidden: {"error_code":"","message":""}Even though the HTTP status was 200.It seems related to Team Projects authorization, and the app crashes immediately after this process.Things I’ve tried:Logged out and back into Creative Cloud.Cleared Media Cache and Preferences.Ran the app as Administrator.Tried launching without internet connection.My After Effects version:[25.3.2/windos]Anyone else experienced this issue or knows a workaround (especially to disable Team Projects completely)?Thanks in advance.

I've been hitting publish all day on my premiere team project. but only in the past 20 mins I have hit "publish" and I was met with this pop up that says "the application is currently saving your version to team projects. this operation must be completed before publish can occur". and it shows a blue bar that has gone all the way to the right. and this window is just sitting here and wont progress. my internet connection is fine.  when i go to edit menu , team projects,  covert team project (to save a local copy), i get an almost identical pop up that doesnt go away. so how am i supposed to save if it wont save to the cloud or locally? so i go to media browser and Right-clicked on the Team Project and choose "Make New Team Project from Version..."but shortly thereafter i was met with a pop up dialogue that said synchronization failure. the team project could not be synchronized due to a network error. Please try to open the Team project again.How am i supposed to save my prem

I'm working on a rather large Team Project in 15.4.0 and I noticed after a very long day yesterday that the little "share changes" arrow never appeared. I've made many thousands of changes so I got worried and went to close down the project to force a save. It gets stuck on the Save Team Project dialog at the very beginning of the "Scanning for modified assets" step. I left it here overnight and it never moved. I attemped to convert to a standard project but since it needs to do this save step before that, it gets stuck in the same place. As you can see in the screengrab from the Versions dialogue, it says I am "disconnected from Team Projects" despite having a solid internet connection (which I have also tried resetting) and confirming I'm signed into my account. The Auo-Saves dialogue shows 0 auto-saves despite having not gotten the dreaded "failed to auto-save" error in a couple days. I'm terrified to shut this project down without saving because I have no idea what state it wi

This seems to have been introduced in the latest version of Premiere. If a Premiere Pro Team Project is open for a long enough time, saving will literally stop working. The program never tells you that it's happening or brings attention to that fact. Autosaves will simply stop being made, the publish & update buttons will quietly gray out and pressing Ctrl + S will do nothing. This has happened to me 3 times in 2 different computers. In 2 of those times, I lost an entire day's of work. But on the 3rd time, I was able to catch it early and prevent another disaster.  My computers are M1 and M4 Macbooks. My only guess here is that it could be something to do with the project staying open while the computer is asleep overnight. Maybe it never picks up the connection with Adobe when you go back and causes all o these silent errors to happen.

I recently downloaded Premiere Pro 2025 (Ver. 25.5) for a class project. I'm trying to setup a team project so everyone in the editing team could collaborate but I can't because I'm "disconnected from Team Projects."I'm using my university's email since it comes with a free subscription to the adobe cloud btw, in case Team Projects isn't available for those type of subscriptions. 

I updated to Premiere 12. I started a new Team Project for Premiere and wanted to import a former version of a sequence from an "old" Team Project (After I updated that old Team Project to 12 as well) Now I try to import this sequence. It first works but the moment the auto-save tries to save this new project it says: There has been an error ...  Code 1609825704. It is suggested I should close the project and reopen the Project where I can only restart the whole process. I also tried to save an offline version of the sequence and import that = same result. I can though edit and save the "old" team project.

Hi everyone!Since the major 2025 Update I'm dealing with the issue of Team Projects randomly dissapearing. I've created a TP, invited my colleague, and every now and then the TP just wont show up in his list when opening Premiere. I then have to remove him and invite him again. Happened with two TPs so far. Any ideas or similar experiences?

I'm having a problem with Premiere Pro 2024 v 24.6.8 on Windows 10. When I open an existing project I want to convert to a Team project and go to Edit --> Team Project --> Convert Project to Team Project, nothing happens. No dialog boxes, nothing. It's a pretty big project with dozens of bins, sequences, nested sequences, etc., so I wonder if it's just the sheer size?

Hello Adobe Community, I am seeking help in case anyone else has encountered this. I have a project that is 3.9 MB with plenty of sequences and clips for a feature documentary. I tried to convert it to a Team Project: Edit -> Team Projects -> Convert Project to Team Project. I clicked yes to the dialog boxes that popped up and then nothing happened. I was able to convert a small test project that only had a couple of bins and a handful of clips, but not with my big project with lots of sequences. Nothing happens, not even the dialog box asking me to name it.  Thanks in advance for any knowledge about this. Otherwise I think I just have to create a New Team Project and copy clips and sequences over a bin at a time. Warmly,Shirley

Hello!I'm using Team Projects for the first time with a remote co-worker. We are trying to edit at the same time but when she goes on it says "read only" at the top of her timeline and she can't edit while I'm online. How do you fix this? Thank you!

2021 MBP M1 Max, OS 12.7.6Premiere Pro 25.0.0I imported multiple clips (mixed media) from a local project into a Teams project. Every time I open it, there are a few files that wind up at the root level of the Project panel and two clips I have to relink every single time. Publishing does not save any of these changes when I repoen the project.

I worked through the weekend to meet a deadline coming up this week on a team project in Premiere Pro.  Friday afternoon I was able to save and publish my work, but the publish buttom became greyed out Saturday/Sunday.  So Sunday night I tried multiple steps to publish my work and eventually the system crashed and I had to force quit.  I have auto save set to every 5 minutes on this project, but can't seem to find any versions from Sunday saved anywhere.  Can someone help me locate this?  Also, in the media browser when I right click on my project and select team project auto-saves, it shows no version history between Friday and Monday when a coworker jumped into the project and published twenty minutes of their work on the version from Friday I had published.  Lastly, I was going to try to refresh the local .tpr file but can't find that either.  I see the path to the .tpr file in the auto-save section of team settings, but can't locate it in my finde

Hi, when I'm trying to send an invite to a collaborator i get an error.  "The People Graph Service is currently unavailable.  Please close the Edit Collaborators dialogue and try again later." It's just when i click Edit in Team Project Settings.I have this error about 5 days and I 3 times talked with Adobe support. What i did:Restart Premiere.Restart computerInstall older version of PremiereReinstall Premiere.Clear cache from Common Adobe folder This error shows on all of my Team Projects. My collaborator can invite me and it works fine. Thank You

I'm running into a strange issue on Premiere 25.0.0 where a synced multicam clip is displaying as (View only) in the timeline and (Read-Only) in the source window, even though it is up to date in the project panel. I'm trying to correct the transcription in the source but changes don't get saved.I can confirm that the multicam clip is being used in a sequence as described in the below related post. This is an issue I've had a few times. My editor and I are working on a team project, and all of a sudden 3-5 of our sequences lose all their media. The sequence is still there, but the preview is black and all the media is gone. sometimes it still has its captions, sometimes it doesnt.  It dosn't seem to be an updating and pulishing error, because neither of us had messed with those sequences recently. this is infuriating, and it loses me hours of work whenever it happens.  Does anyone know how to fix this? I can go back into the auto save or version history, but that still doesn't have all the changes we made. 

Since yesterday I can't connect to Team Projects on After Effects both on MAC and PC. This seems to be related to my account because my colleagues on the same network have no trouble in connecting to their Team Projects.

Dear Community,Wondering if anyone else has encountered a similar issue and found a solution. Attempting to designate a custom folder for Audio Previews but Premiere does not save the location and reverts to the default Documents folder.

We are now able to "Save a copy" of a Team Project when it doesn't want to sync to the cloud. We had to use this feature, but we are a bit confused about what we are supposed to do after. For instance,Editor A worked from 10 to 12 and had to "Save a copy" because their project was not syncing. Editor B worked from 10 to 12 but was able to publish normally. What does Editor A suppose to do next? Invite Editor B to the "copied" version? If we do that, Editor B's progress is not there. What's the best way to merge the copied version of Editor A and the publised version of Editor B? Thank you,

Since the new profiles feature, we are in a position where existing Team Projects for AE and PP are in a user's personal profile, and new projects that they are invited to are in the business profile. When working across multiple projects we're having to log in and out. I contacted Adobe support to ask them how to move Team Projects and they spent about an hour in the chat repeatedly linking me to the articlc on moving Creative Cloud files etc, which doesn't cover Team Projects (unless I really am being dense, it's possible). Eventually escalated to a scheduled expert call - but they never called. Does anyone know how to do this? It's driving us mad (and I'm mindful that we might ultimately lose access to older projects if we ignore the problem). Thanks -_-

I have a team of four editors on a Team Project. We just finished a very similar Team Project without difficulty, but this new Team Project has run into immediate trouble. I would appreciate help from @Udo_Pawlik or anyone. Udo, I can invite you to the Team Project if you'll please tell me how. The problems: Premiere is showing editor 1 that editor 2 is editing every sequence in the project—but it's showing editor 2 that editor 3 is editing every sequence, a nonsensical circular ring of locks. No editor would be intentionally editing every sequence. Even if someone goofed with media mapping or relinking, as I've seen happen before, I don't think that every sequence would be affected.Last night Premiere showed me that one editor was editing everything, but now it shows me that a different editor is editing everything. One editor reported that he had only just opened the Team Project for the first time when Premiere showed a "Save A Copy" dialog: "You have 1100 sequen

Hello - Is there an issue with Adobe's Cloud servers today? My editor and I have been collaborating on a Team Project for weeks, and suddenly this morning when I open Premiere it tells me I am Disconnected -  I have logged in and out of Premiere, out of CC app, I have rebooted, installed and uninstalled applications - all the usual troubleshooting tricks. I can no longer access or create Team Projects on my personal computer, and I cannot create or access them on any other system in the building.  I can login to CC with no problems, I have no other issues with Adobe's suite, I can install apps, I can install updates for applications I don't use ... but Team Projects will not "switch on" so to speakCurrently using v24.6.5 on MacOS 15.5I tried 25.3 too, no dice.Screengrabs attached below.   

Is there a way to do this? We have had nothing but bugs and issues with editors working on the same tings and endless updates and publishing to end up with a ton of duplicated sequences. I just want to get back to a regular project and would love to try out the Productions workflow as we have a pretty huge documentary on our hands, close to 80TB of footage so far. Any help, links, or insights are greatly appreciated in advance, and I will also express my gratitude in post.

I am having an issue where I am unable to open any team projects. I am on Windows with everything up to date and using the latest versions. I have the same issue with the Beta version. I open premiere, go to File > Open Team Project and select any team project from the list and when I click on it, the "opening team project" box breafly appears as normal, but then once it goes away, nothing happens. I have lots of team projects I need to access.I first thought it might have been a corrupted project but my colleagues can access them without issue and I have tried to open any of them and it's still giving me the same issue. I have tried uninstalling Premiere Pro and installing the Beta version and it gives the same issue.Everything was working fine yesterday, but at the end of the day, Premiere Pro Team Project I was working on stopped saving and wouldn't publish and then froze, so I had to force quit using the Task Manager. We have 2 separate edit suites using 2 different team accounts. Yesterday both machines stopped allowing us access to any of the teams projects.We can access the list of porjects to select but now it will just bounce us back to the opening home screen.We are experienced production house and have been using teams for the last 5 years.We have tried all the usual - options REBOOT / RE_INSTALL / CLEAR CACHES etc but no avail.We can create new team projects and then import an auto save file which seems a really longwinded thing to do and doesn't solve the issue that then might reoccur.Also currently it would let us invite other collabortors to see if they can open the project files.Its almost as if it can't communicate with the cloud but our internet / netwrok is working fine. Servers have been rebooted etc.Any thoughts from anyone.Thanks 

Unable to open past Team Projects in the new premiere update (version 25.0.0 (Build 61)The bug appears to be with "Processing loaded assets," (image attached) it gets stuck/hangs on this process and freezes the entire program until you force quite.I've tried clearing/cleaning and also moving my cache database, as well as making sure all permissions are admitted. System info:Mac StudioChip: Apple M2 UltraMemory 64 GB
