Premiere Teams Project wont save - losing progress

I lost a day of work while working on a Teams Project. Premiere Pro seems to have issues to store the data locally, so I cannot publish it. I closed Premiere Pro and then everything was gone.

It's stuck: "Die Anwendung speichert zurzeit Ihre Version auf Team Projects. Dieser Vorgang muss abgeschlossen sein, bevor der Vorgang „Veröffentlichen“ durchgeführt werden kann."

Now I have the same issue again. Currently, I am the only one working on the project, so there is nobody else who is publishing things right now. I haven't done much in the project so far. Right now, I encounter these issues while editing subtitles. 

I have changed multiple sequences Premiere Pro still insists that they have not been edited ("Auf dem neuesten Stand"). This is so frustrating. I try to make Teams Projects work for us for years, but I constantly encounter issues like this one.
