Adobe Premiere team sharing files missing

Hi!

I'm a teacher at a university and I have a couple of courses on distance, which means I can rarely see the students progress during a project without screen sharing or such. I hoped that Team projects would be a perfect solution, but I can't even set it up to work with a collegue at campus. We are on the same network with shared folders. What am I doing wrong here? The Creative Cloud Files folder, aint that supposed to be shared aswell, for just this purpose? I've tried making both Copies and Proxies of the files, none are working.

The project itself works fine sharing, but its the files that is lost.

If I am going to do this with my students, it has to be extremely easy to set up, if it requires the student to set up a folder system with correct permissions and such, it's just not doable. Which would be a shame from a teaching perspective.

It’s important that each collaborator has access to the same media. This could be shared network drive, duplicated hard-drives or memory sticks or any file sharing option available (LucidLink, DropBox, OneDrive, Adobe CC Files, etc… )
Have you already invited a colleague to the files located in the Adobe CC sync folder?
