Question

Can a team project cache get out of sync causing segments to not keep shared updates?

I have had two team projects recently appear to lose changes made to segments even though versions show the shared updates.  I am using CC Premiere Pro 15.4.1 Build 6 with all my assets for the project shared on CC and during an editing session yesterday I started at 6:15 am then worked through the morning until 11:15.  I then sent it to the media encoder and created my video.  During that time I pushed shared changes 2 times once at 8:38 and 11:10.  I then closed the project and took off for lunch.  Coming back an hour later, I open the project and find the shared versions of my segment are from 3 days earlier.  When I look at the team versions, I can see 8 versions with my two shared versions at 8:38 and 11:10 but when I look at the segment versions, all of them are all the same.

Another concern is that I don't see any auto save points for this project.

I understand that the team project is saved locally as cache to keep things fast; however, I am hoping there might be a way to clear the cach and pull the latest shared files to get the 5 hours of editing back.

Anyone know how to do this?

Is it possible to clear the project cache and restore from the shared versions?  I am hoping that might restore all the changes I made to the segment.

Hi,
Do you have other collaborator on this Team Project and are they able see your latest changes?

Not seeing any auto saves (I assume in the Media Browser) sounds bad to me a well, since every edit is supposed to be saved to a local database.

Local Team Projects database location:
[Mac]: /Users/[user]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Team Projects Local Hub/2021

[Win]: C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Common\Team Projects Local Hub\2021

If you close Premiere Pro and rename the 'Team Projects Local Hub' folder, the next time you launch PPRO and open a Team Project a new version of this folder will be created with the last synched Team Projects information we have on the server.

Best,
Udo
