Can't Add Teams Collaborator

Hi,

I converted a local project to a Teams project but am unable to invite collaborators to join. I've made sure the e-mails are associated with their own Creative Cloud account and checked that we are both using the same version of Premiere, 24.6.1 (Build 2) but the intended recipient doesn't see anything in their inbox including the spam folder. Any solutions would be helpful. Thank you.
